Chase Florin, ESQ
Chase P. Florin is a Double Board-Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the Florida Bar and National Board of Trial Advocacy. In 2019 at the age of 32, he became, at the time, the youngest Board-Certified Civil Trial Specialist in the State.
Board Certification is the highest level of recognition a lawyer can achieve and less than 1% of lawyers hold this distinction in Civil Trial Law.
Chase earned a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida in 2010. He then graduated from Stetson University College of Law in 2012, completing the typically three-year program in just 2½ years.
Stetson University College of Law has been consistently ranked #1 in the nation for Trial Advocacy by U.S. News & World Report.
Chase is licensed in Florida, Texas, and Colorado, and maintains an active multi-state practice. He has served as lead counsel in numerous State and Federal venues and has successfully handled thousands of cases involving auto accidents, premises liability, product liability, large-loss property insurance claims, and construction defect claims.
His results have earned him membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum recognizing attorneys who have obtained a seven-figure result for their clients and prior recognition as a Super Lawyers “Rising Star.”
When he’s not in the courtroom or advocating for his clients, Chase enjoys playing soccer, traveling, and spending time with his wife and their two young daughters.
